1. New Features:
   • Added a new tool in the Edit menu: Parameterize Selection.
   • Introduced new functions: Selection to Incremental and Selection to Absolute.
   • Added a new function: Selecction to Subprogram.
   • Added performance settings for the Inventory Window.
2. Improvements:
   • Fixed the alignment issue with the lathe workpiece in the Z axis.
   • Enhanced OpenWebPage to handle HTTPS URLs correctly.
   • Implemented a more robust digital fingerprint solution for licensing.
   • The help menu now correctly opens the help for version 4.0.
   • Command prompt commands for setting DirectX or OpenGL mode in the Inventory have been fixed.
   • G96 Sxxx in lathe operations now sets the S value correctly.
   • Fixed the X, Y, and ZsizeInput_ValueChanged functions in InventoryBrowser to prevent object reference errors.
   • Error messages at startup now display on top of other windows.
3. Bug Fixes:
   • Blocking of characters that create issues when uploading as cloud files ({}|^[]`;/?:@&=+$,).
   • Fixed a bug where the lathe tool coming from the front disrupted the display of milling tools.
   • Resolved an issue where the machine would not mill if the tool was hidden.
   • Fixed a bug that prevented color changes on materials from updating on the screen when not in rendered mode.
   • Implemented exception handling to prevent crashes during the updating of workpieces and tools.
   • Added more robust checking of values in CreateToolsWorkUnit to prevent exceptions.
   • Added try/catch to OpenCNCbinFile.
   • Fixed an issue with the problem report function.
   • Corrected spelling errors in $RotateWorkpiece.
   • Fixed a crash in $RotateWorkpiece.
   • Fixed a crash when trying to export toolpaths when there were none.
   • Fixed a bug in 3D Maker: The software crashed when adding a workpiece and then clicking Cancel.
