I used the wrong email, how can I fix it?

In version 3.0 and later, you can fix the problem yourself without contacting support.

This is how you do it.


When you start the program you will see the following message:



Click "OK".


Now you will see this message:



Click "Yes".


In the license settings, click on the button "Wrong email".



Answer "Yes" to the question if you want to delete the account. 



Restart the program and make sure you use the correct email this time.
